Local Delivery & Pickup FAQ:
When will my order be delivered?
Our turnaround time is between 2-4 days. However, some items are available sooner than others! Once you place your order, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule your delivery date and time.
I don't need Delivery. When can I pick my order up?
If you decide to opt out of our Local Delivery service, select "Pick-up" at checkout. Once you place your order, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm a more accurate pick-up date and time.
Can you give me a heads-up?
We prefer it that way! When your delivery is scheduled, you will be given a three-hour window for the time. However, we will give you a courtesy call/text before our delivery drivers head your way on the date of delivery.
Is there a minimum purchase amount for Local Delivery?
Yes. As long as you spend more than $199 and live within 50 miles of our store, you qualify for Local Delivery!
If you are more than 50 miles away, we CAN still deliver. Please contact us for a more accurate shipping cost if so.
What all does our Local Delivery service include?
Local Delivery & Setup means we assemble everything for you! Our experienced delivery drivers will assemble and set up your furniture exactly where you want it.
What do I need to do to prepare for my delivery?
The only thing we ask from you is that you have the room/area clear and ready! Please remove or set aside your old furniture (if any) so that our drivers can have space to set up your new furniture!
PETS: Although our staff think your pets are super cute, we don't want to disturb them in their home! For their safety, we ask that you have your pets in their kennels and/or on a leash.
Do you haul away the old furniture?
No, we only sell brand new furniture at our warehouse, so we are unable to pick up any used items.
Do you take away all the trash?
YES! Our delivery drivers will take all the boxes, plastic wrap and/or Styrofoam back with them, so YOU don't have to worry about any of the trash.
